Today we went deeper into the smart document development. I always find it very easy to demonstrate this technology, but explaining what happens behind the scenes if more difficult. Building these types of systems is certainly not something you are looking forward to. Luckily we have this Vertigo Managed Smart Document Wrapper who can help use focusing back on the business code and forget about the plumbing we need to create otherwise. From their site:

For the rest, I am enjoying my stay here very much. People are super-friendly - something you miss often in the Western sphere. I did not went for that walk near the Nile yesterday. As said, no eating, drinking and smoking the whole day is painful to your body and mindset. So it was food and some drinks ... and a lot of sleep. I was asked today to stay a week longer and to do some SharePoint training. Unfortunately for me, I have a flight Sunday to Cyprus (isn't that a shame!). But I definitely will come back here to Cairo for additional trainings. Looking forward to it however.
