Well it seems that Microsoft has an interest in Groove Networks. I have been using Groove for almost a year now and like the product very much. Consider Groove as a potential competitor to SharePoint. Groove is doing it more the smart client way ,compared to SharePoint being more focusing on the Web browser way. Microsoft buying Groove supports my assumption that SharePoint is moving more and more into the smart client world. And that is a good thing since Web browser applications are to me not the future, smart clients are. Agree?
