The Oslo training went pretty well although the amount of participants was quite low. Anyway, I am pretty sure from the feedback that the sessions helped most of the folks to bring the portal message to their customers in a better way. From Oslo I immediately flew via Frankfurt to Dubai where I am now. I am now about to board for my flight to Johannesburg. First time I fly Emirates and I must say it is a very excellent experience. Food is good, entertainment is excellent. So, 8 hours more to go and then I can relax a bit.
