Being totally absorbed in sales and business presentations these days, my eye fell on this excellent resource posted by Mark this week. It is a short paper done by Gartner about the positioning of Microsoft and IBM in the collaboration space. Very useful reading for Microsoft partners who are in the Information Worker competency.
