Yesterday I arrived back home from my Asia trip. Satisfied but tired - lost almost 5 kilograms. The lost in weight is mainly due to my bad eating habits I have when I am a man on my own. Often I skip food too often - I know, spank me! But I made up, yesterday me and the girls went to our family restaurant and I enjoyed the Belgian food again after 2 weeks on a menu of rice, noodles and spicy food all the time. Don't hear me saying that I don't like all of that!

The last day in Bangalore was a very good one. We had fun again distributing the goodies to the students. Somehow Redmond should adapt their goodies to the local people in the future. Last week in Wuhan it was fun to see how all of the Chinese students wore their 'American-sized' Office 12 sweaters. And this week, while it was more than 30° C outside, it was probably better to have T-Shirts instead of nice warm sweaters. You can see more pictures again on Doug's blog.

In the evening, Amol took me to a shopping area where I bought Indian clothes for my girls who were eagerly awaiting me at home. I had a wonderful nice evening and enjoyed the ride with the rischka. Thanks again Amul and actually everybody over there in India. You were probably the best skilled crowd I had and I really enjoyed the group interactions we had.

The Ascend program is already coming to its end with a final gig starting Monday in Poland. Keep you up-to-date on that one too.
