Features are one of the best new things in WSS v3. While researching the internals of the publishing features in MOSS 2007, I was in need for a page showing me the list of features installed, with their GUID and description, and their activation dependencies. So, I created this small feature that you can activate for the SharePoint 3.0 Central Administration. It adds a link to the Operations page under the Global Configuration group.
It brings you to a page with a simple listing of all of the individual features available in the server farm per scope where it can be activated.
You can download the feature here. There is a small bat file for the installation and activation. Note that you might have to change the url for the activation line to point to your SharePoint Central Administration on your machine.
