When you use VPC's on a daily base, it is always interesting to have your image as small and fast as possible.
Currently I'm using VM Optimizer 2.0 which does exactly that.

Is it any good? Do you get any performance improvements?
I'm currently running the "virtual disk precompactor.iso" tool that comes with VPC to zero-out all none used space and then compact the disk. What does this tool add to that?
